Do you ship internationally?
Palianytsia is proud to serve our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in US Dollars, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. All shipping rates available for your country will be displayed on the checkout page.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days from the order date depending on our volume and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends, our team is fantastic, but we still have to take a rest!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our team and production are located in Ukraine. Given that the logistics chains are temporarily disrupted, please keep in mind, that delivery of your order may take up to 4-5 weeks, depending on your country. We want to be completely transparent on what could be expected. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible!
Once you place your order, please allow 1-7 business days to process your order. If you have made a preorder of a product, the production can take up to 15 business days.
After that, it will usually take 7-21 days for delivery in the United States (depending on your state), and 9-21 days for international orders (depending on your country). However, we do not exclude that you can receive your order earlier than the average shipping times indicated above - we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible!
How can I track my package?
You can easily track your order by using tracking number that you will got when your order will be dispatched.
Why isn't my tracking info updating, is there something wrong?
This is completely normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact us.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.
Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars for all countries except the United States, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
